About Pilates Movement

Pilates Movement is a studio located in the Historic Third Ward in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; offering personal instruction as well as a variety of group classes. We are conveniently located inside VITA Fitness and Physical Therapy on the lower level.

Through authentic Pilates you develop core strength, thereby learning to support your spine and move with proper mobility, stabilizing the pelvis and moving your limbs freely without injury. Pilates Movement will guide you through a series of mat and apparatus exercises combining coordinated movement and breathe.

Pilates Movement's studio exclusively uses Gratz Pilates equipment.
